Ok so our oldest so flies for a living. This Resistance Band Set is perfect for him. Arrived very well packaged & in a travel pouch. Our son is a health nut. Constantly working out, extremely healthy eating, perfect skin regimen. When I gave him this set he was utterly elated, thankful, and grateful.
