Each band is 12″ by 2″ and made of 100% natural Latex – free of non-natural Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE). The bands are stringently tested before we ship them out to you. So many resistance levels in one package Love that the product comes with so many resistances in 1 package. other kinds only with 3-4 bands. only wish they all had come in the same thickness. lighter ones seem flimsy, like they might break/get torn more easily. love that they come with a carry bag as well.Will use these often at planet fitness where I work out doing my home physical program for hips/knee.
