  1. Adds more resistance compared to 10 inch loops Have 10 inch loops that I used for 80 Day Obsession. They worked well since I didn’t want to buy a Beachbody pack with sliders and they held up the entire 80 days without ripping or tearing. The Beachbody branded loops being sold separately now made me want to see how much of a difference an inch would make and to see if the Beachbody loops were thicker by comparison.The 9 inch makes a difference in terms of resistance (kind of obvious they would).
