I’m not sure I ordered the “right” one. My husband used to use one a Lot, while he was taking Physical Therapy, but since, has lost strength to do so. His was more of a ‘coral’ color. This band does not have what I would call “medium” tensity – it’s more like XXS. I’ve had it a few weeks and it hasn’t broken yet, but seems to be stretching out. I have to “choke up” on the band when I’m doing exercises to get the resistance I need. It almost seems like it’s stretched out.
