The DYNAMX™ TRAINER 2.0 bands—with optimized heavy gauge anti-snap design and 100% iron clips—provide a secure attachment that will not weaken over time. Designed for ease of use, allowing for a simple addition to any training regimen. Simply attach the comfortable neoprene thigh sleeves and preferred resistance bands and you’re ready. The thigh and ankle straps can be worn throughout training and the bands easily detach, allowing for quick transitions between resistance and non-resistance exercises.

No pain no gain! Awesome set to help you maintain! I’ve been trying to better my health and exercise routines and it was time to focus on my endurance and agility if i wanted to “step it up”. That’s where this setup came in and I’m liking it. Definitely a big help on my leg regiments. I was a bit worried as I’m pretty tall (7ft – yes 7 lol) that it would be either too short or to much pull due to my height but in all honesty it’s perfect and I don’t feel any pressure that I think isn’t normal. The thing I hated most about using standard flat resistance bands is how they would slide, twist, & fold up my legs when I was in motion. Very annoying. To the point where I would beg my personal trainer to stop using bands in our sessions. The Dynamx Trainer bands/straps stay in place and are secure on my legs.
