Great selection and very smooth! Each of the bands are labeled as to the level of resistance. I have straight bands, but bought the loops so I could do different exercises. The back of the box has a lot of recommendations on how to exercise with the bands and the sliders, which I really appreciated. The bands seem to be made with quality and have plenty of give.
