We’re proud to offer the thickest (and therefore most resistant) mini loop bands on Amazon! Our bands are designed at 10-inches to give a tighter, more resistant effect. We offer the following resistance:

Light (0.6mm) – 10-15lbs
Medium (0.8mm) – 15-20lbs
Heavy (1.0mm) – 20-25lbs
X-Heavy (1.2mm) – 25-30lbs
XX-Heavy (1.5mm) – 45-60lbs

(Note: Range of weight in lbs correlates to the resistance of the band when stretched to up to 3x its length.)
