GYMBANDIT’s Heavy Set is the next level in resistance band training. This trio of ultra-heavy bands consists of 3 levels with estimated weights as follows:
Level I (1.5mm): 45-60lbs
Level II (1.7mm): 60-80lbs
Level III (2.0mm): 80-100lbs
(Range of weight in lbs correlates to the resistance of the band when stretched to 3x its length.)
