  1. I love my new WODFitters Hip Circles. I mainly use them for warm up and lower body workout. I have replaced my rubber mini bands with these and they are amazing, as they stay in place so much better! My favorites are monster walks, they really activate your glutes. I use them before each workout session for warm up. Having said that, when I travel, I can just use the hip circles for my entire workout.
