Awesome Anchors! These are great resistance bands anchors. When mounted low, medium, and high they allow for a wide variety of band exercises. The top and bottom lips are where the bands are to be attached depending on the exercise. To get the band into the lip, you simply pull the band apart slightly with your forefingers and thumbs and then insert it into the lip.
