  1. Surprising I bought these so I could keep going with P90x while out of town. I thought for sure I’d in no way get as good a workout as I do with dumbbells. I was wrong. They take some getting used to, especially for certain exercises, but you will get as much resistance from these bands as you would from a typical set of dumbbells. I generally use 10-35 lb’ers, and these bands had plenty of resistance for me.I can’t really speak to the long-term reliability, but I’ve used them probably 20…

  2. I bought a set of these to use with the Power 90 workout program, and they pretty much work as advertised. They aren’t the most durable looking exercise bands out there, but they do the job. The odd thing about these bands is that they have odd weight ratings that are coordinated by the color of the band. For example, the maximum weight band is 23.5 lbs instead of 25 and so on, but they still work for someone who might not have the money or space for adjustable dumbells.None of…
