Giant rubberbands! Solid, but mine was used…. (edit: which wasn’t a problem because they have great customer service!) Ordered a blue band, the strongest, and it is indeed very strong. Some workout bands are very thin and stretchy and I want to point out these are not at all like those (I don’t like those much, they snap). Think of a rubber band scaled up and that’s these – the thickness is comparable to how thick a rubberband is for its size, so how it stretches is very similar also. The down side to that is that it gets exponentially harder to stretch this as you go, so I’d say about 1ft – 2ft is about all…
