  1. I really like this product I thought I had already done a seller feedback. I really like this product. It came in a box with a nice bag which holds all of the resistance bands, each in their plastic packet except for the large one. Also came with instructions. I remember indicating that I started out working with the medium band since I haven’t tried these before. I am still using the medium and will move on to the others when I feel ready.
