  1. Strong bands great for lower body / 80 day obsession **update – I’ve been using these a few weeks now, they are amazing. Still going strong. Will be purchasing another set to keep as backup. Not sure what other folks received but my bands were super thick. Great for resistance if you are at an intermediate/advanced I guess. I only use the blue and black and sometimes double loop these. Red less often, only when I’m doing an ab move that requires more give to bring my knee up if I have them around my feet. Adding some pics. The writing faded on…
