  1. These are very small. I didn’t realize they were “mini” resistance bands, so I was really surprised at how small they were when they arrived. (I bought them for the bands and not the books, but just FYI they are E-Books as stated, so you get a little card for a website to see the workout plans).I tried to make it work with these, but it hurts really bad if they roll when around your thighs. I can do squats and hips raises fine in them, but donkey kicks or any type of leg lift? No way…
