Great product and the seller is quick to respond. Update: The seller reached out and resolved the issue described below, which was caused by an Amazon inventory control issue. The replacement product I received from the seller is exactly like what you would expect, and is of the same high quality as the other resistance levels I have received in the past.The other bands in this product listing are great, I have the blue, black, and green versions.
