My Second Set I learned to use resistance bands during physical therapy sessions related to a herniated disk (or is it disc?). Anyway, I assume these are the same thing, but maybe made of something else, I don’t really know. Just what expected. Just what I expected. The bands are the same thing my physical therapist uses. They say they are latex free. They have almost no smell so I am assuming they have no latex since latex has a terrible smell. I bought all six different strengths.
