Our Strong Cookies Band is great to use for dynamic warm-up, glute activation, and to maximize squat depth and squat mobility and it can be added to use in Pilates, yoga, and rehabilitation of injuries.

Resistant Level :

LEVEL 1 – RED

The light band is perfect for rehab and prehab or for newbies who start out resistant training.

LEVEL 2 – BLACK

The regular band is ideal for activating lower body muscles, a great addition to use as a warm-up and glute activation.

LEVEL 3 – BLUE

The heaviest band is the strongest cookies of all three and offers a resistance level suit for advanced training.
