Great quality band.
Works great I got the green band…I forgot what lbs it is. I use it to do triceps push downs. I wrap it around my door frame pull up bar & push downward. It’s stronger then I thought it would be. I use it for curls too. I step into the band with my feet & lift up doing the curls. I have back problems, so not having to pick up weights, then doing curls is easier on my back. When I’m done, I just let go & the weight is off my arms. If I was using weights, I would have to move carrying the weight then put it…
