Quality Set I found these resistance bands through a Prime Day deal and it was definitely one of my best purchases. The set comes with 5 resistance bands, varying from a very light resistance (5 lbs / 2.3kg) to heaviest resistance (25 lbs / 11.4kg). The bands are of good quality – similar to what you would find at your nearby 24 Hour Fitness or Lifetime or whatever is closest – and I found the resistances to be as advertised.
