  1. They stay put! Why hadn’t anyone thought of making these sooner? The given to me by my physical therapist would roll, pinching my skin, and put all the pressure on one point. These stay in place distributing the pressure over a wider area so it doesn’t aggravate any of my trigger points. I use these for crab walks, bridges, clamshells, and squats.
